3. Rescheduling Bookings

We understand that plans can change.
If you wish to reschedule your booking:

  • We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.

4. Cancellations by D&D Veyra

In the unlikely event that D&D Veyra must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, technical issues, or force majeure):

  • You will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
  • We will not be liable for any indirect losses or additional expenses you may incur as a result of such cancellations.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Issued within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Fees
